93 xj sport. automatic transmission 4wd. runs smooth and fine till shifting to od. sometimes feels like a slight miss for a second and stops. happens at 45 mph. any clue?

I get something similar on my 2000. Kinda like a small hesitation for a second, randomly. I can notice mine more at idle.

This is still there after a full tune up. (plugs, oil, cleaned the throttle body, etc).

Change it. Whenever I buy a new car I sent a benchmark for maintenance, regardless of what the original owner said they did
