Default Weird Battery Hold Down Bracket

We purchased a 1992 Jeep Cherokee Sport two-wheel drive from the original owners. Has anyone seen a battery hold down bracket like the one on our car (see foto)? It looks nothing like #55010722 depicted in the parts catalog.

I'm new to the Jeep world but that is the type that was on my 1996 Eclipse.

Default New parts, now I am satisfied.

Purchased factory correct battery hold down at local Jeep dealer, but the J-bolts are actually T-bolts are no longer available. Found the T-bolts on-line for $19.99 each so I decided to pay a local welder $5.00 to modify the J-bolts some previous owner/mechanic used and make them into T-bolts.

Tried to load a foto, but the manage attachments button is not responding.

I'd guess that hold-down was from a junkyard.

Maybe mine are T bolts. They work so I never pay attention to them.

My 92 has almost the same thing, except both ends have the square off part that fits over the battery.

I can confirm, my 2000 also has those. And IMO they suck.
