Default Water leak on passenger side?

So you can't find where the water is coming from on the passenger side floor? Chances are good it's coming from behind the HVAC box around the blower motor hole in the firewall.

Did you take your heater core/HVAC box off in order to take that picture? If so, how hard was it and would you advise to do that or just add silicone around that seal from inside the vehicle?
