Ever since I bought my cherokee last year I've had major problems when it rains of water pooling in the passenger floorboards.

I think I've identified 2 places where it's coming in and was curious if there were any suggestions on how to fix it.

First place is under the hood. They previous owner had sprayed tons of expanding foam, 'cuz I think that's where he identified it was coming in too.

Second place is from the gutter near the top of the passenger side door. There's a fair amount of rust there, and I'm thinking it's getting in there and coming inside the door.

The fix I'm looking for can be very ugly, and if it only lasts a few years that's fine. This is a winter beater at this point.
