When I bought the machine, the washer failed to squirt but a little and then nothing. I checked the tank, found it empty, filled it, and tried to get it to pump, but nothing. Technicians went through 3 replacements each from different vendors over about 3 weeks. The same results each time. The tank doesn't seem to be faulty. The technicians don't think a loose hose or electrical connection is the problem, but for sure it is not the washer pump motor. Your answer?

I think you are getting hosed (see what I did there)

You can easily verify that the pump is working by making it spray without the hose connected. If it makes noise and washer fluid get everywhere then everything between the stick on the steering wheel to the pump outlet is good.

If the pump is good then you only have a few options. Blocked tube between pump and nozzles, cut, chewed, or disconnected tube, or blocked nozzles. You probably don’t have 2 blocked nozzles.

 

Three different pumps, not three different reservoirs. Didn't charge me for it except the first time.

 

Still weird. Three bad pumps in a row makes me question the tech.

 

I suspect that when the pump is installed, everything goes,together OK, but the vibration of the pump causes something to be disconnected. A new tech might follow up on that. I suspect that a recheck of the pump will find it running well. One contributor about another problem said he resoldered all wire joints and his problem went away.
