im kinda getting into this whole make ur jeep huge thing.i did a 3inch lift on mine with 3 inch lift coils from rustys and s10 leaves in the rear plus "new" pro comp shocks.that is all,i didnt need to relocate front brake lines cuz they had tones of slack but now i want to go 4 or 5inches.what do i need. .maybe shakles in the rear and spacers up front and tc drop, lower control arms.Is that it ,im looking to make it steady on road too.right now im just pricing it out so know how much i need to save.
thanks,
Drew

Adjustable track bar, and possilbly adjustable upper control arms. With stock arms your caster would be a little to off at that heigth.

Drew, I think you should buy a 6" long arm kit and sell me your current set up for $0.01 and you pay for shipping . Sounds fair to me.

I have pondered over doing the same thing with my XJ. Gonna aim for about 5.5" whenever I do it. I have found that you will need lower control arms, possibly upper control arms to correct you caster angle. Extended brake lines to make sure there's plenty of slack there, and if it rides too rough for you at that height getting some control arm drop brackets will help. a T-case drop will probably get you by for awhile, but a SYE/driveshaft will be needed down the road. You'll also need an adj. trackbar as well. Going above 3" of lift requires quite a few modifications to make it reliable and comfortable, but once it's all done it makes for a pretty sick XJ!
