Default wacky oil pressure after fixing vacuum leak

Well I fixed my vacuum leak and error code p0455. I had a disconnected connection to the evap canister and after I fixed it the error code went away and my engine runs better and idles smoother. But now my engine oil pressure is higher. It idles cold at 60 psi and runs to 80 psi when driving. Once it warms up the oil pressure drops to 40 psi at warm idle and goes to 60 while driving. What could have cause the oil pressure to rise like that. I am running 10w 40 synthetic blend and some lucas oil stop leak. I was running this before reconnecting the vacuum line and the pressure would top out at 50 psi while driving and 30 psi at idle. I have a leak and just havent had time to fix it and i know I need to drain it and fix the leak and replace it with 10w 30 oil. Any idea as to why the oil pressure would increase like that.
