Post Vibrating while slowing down?

Hey fellas;

After a long unwanted XJ Vacation, I got my 87' XJ 5 Speed back with me.

So, after two years sitting in a garage, I took it to the road.

These are the symptoms:
whining noise (Peugeot) and extreme vibration (when reducing speed, if I accelerate; it disappears) after replacing; engine mounts, clutch, pressure plate, and throw- out bearing and brake booster.

Where to look? I do prefer go at it myself before going to get ripped off at a shop.

Is this while applying brakes or just as soon as there is no more load?
If only when brakes are applied could be drums are out of round.

no effect while applying brakes; let say I'm 4th gear and release gas pedal : the vibration and shaking takes over the entire body, with a loud noise coming from trans then if a quickly accelerate - it goes away.

Interesting, I'll double check those over the week.
Also considering replacing trans mount while I'm at it.
Thanks
