using stock roofrack as lightbar?
 
ive mounted four foglights to my stock roofrack,and now when i use them to light the road at night they bounce all over....any ideas how to fab something up of buy in order to keep them from bouncing around???? i ran two up there for the longest time and had no trouble at all!
and thoughts or opinions will be greatly appreciated!

well you could always go the route you tried to avoid, and buy a light bar. they are kinda pricy for what they do, but i love mine and havnt regretted it.

Its the crossbar that is moving.

You need to drill TWO SMALL holes on each end and put screws in to tighten it up.

Simple sheet metal screws. You dont have to go all the way thru

ALSO: Looks better if you flatten the crossbar. Not easy but can be done.
