Rust treatment
Ive got some light rust on my undercarriage. What the easiest way to treat it? I considered sandblasting, cleaning, then POR 15 coating but the por 15 tech said that if it coats any bolts ill have to use paint thinner to be able to remove them later. Seems like that would cause more problems then it solves.

how much rust are we talking, just some light surface rust?....just brush it off with a wire brush or sand paper and hit it with some rust inhibitor paint and a layer of rubberized underchassis coat

Light as in, 3-4 spots about the size of an apple with no holes, 5-10 spots smaller than a quarter scattered throughout.

I just ordered this for some light surface rust under all 4 of my doors and the leading edge (on the roof!) of my hatch. Different application I know but Edd China on Wheeler Dealers likes this type of product so figured I'd try it!
