alright if they arent worth spending the extra money to get them if i am only going to lift it 4 inches, i will spend the money the extra money on some lights.
if i go decide to go 6inches, is it harder to install that much of a lift other than a 4inch? and are there any other things i need to upgrade other than long arms? like drive shaft and steering? cus i dont really know much about lift and i have never installed one. =/

after about 3 inches most cherokees require a transfercase drop or a SYE, a SYE is required for 5" and above

when i first did my 4.5" kit, i ran short arms for 2 years. i had fixed LCAs and stock UCAs. the ride sucked horribly but the shocks didnt help. i finally did long arms recently and will never go back to short arms. added my doetsch tech shocks and have all the travel i could ever need. i also used a tcase drop for those 2 years and it ate up a driveshaft u-joint every 6 months. i now have an SYE as well. i didnt have any after market steering until recently either. but the stock steering is pretty weak. it mainly depends on what tire size youre running. turning 35s i didnt trust my stock steering.
