Default Unusual problem

Yesterday I replaced my radiator and all went well, nothing broke, nothing leaks and all is happy.

What have I done wrong here? This doesn't match any other job I've done so far and doesn't feel right.

Wait till you get going about 120 kph on the motorway and you're in the middle of nowhere...

Nothing leaks? Did you remember to fill it with coolant? LOL

There's an old Loggers' Adage:

Well maybe not at 120kph nor on a motorway but one of my old pipes burst earliet. Luckily for me I was only in a car park and lost charging and power steering. Popped the bonnet to see what was going on and shut the engine off.

A friend was heading my way and it burst just past the hose clamp, so we were able to cut the old end off and refill with the coolant I've kept spare dince doing the rad.

Happy Jeeping my ****!

Well I should have expected it as I did know that they needed replacing nearly 6 months ago, I just forgot that they needed doing. New upper and lower pipes are now fitted and I'll get round to replacing the heater hoses next month when I do an engine service. £45/$59 for the pair and posted on next day delivery.

Dangit brother! The last time I posted positive news all hell broke loose. I am pretty sure hell is still loose. But I will not wish you those vibes. Only positive nonsense from my end! Party on!

Thank the Gods every night when you park it. It helps ease the mind. The last time I replaced my serpentine belt because it was cracking slightly, I put the old one under the rear seat. It's still there!
