Um o.k so a 98 will drop into my 92
WILL A 98 4.0 DIRECT FIT IN MY 92 IVE BEEN LOOKING AROUND AND CANT FIND A GOOD ANSWER ABOUT THIS,,, I HAVE A 92 CHEROKEE WITH A 4.0 WILL A 98 4.0 DIRECT FIT WHAT YEARS WILL DROP STRAIGHT IN PLEASE ANY HELP OUT THERE

yes you can 92-98 uses the same engine. they changed some internal strengthinging in 96 i believe, wiring connectors maybe different. so plan on uses all your old sensors and pickup in the distributor. the answer is in the search function thats how i learned.
