Turn Signals do not work when brake is engaged

All,
I have a 99 Cherokee and the turn signals work fine, except when I press on the brake, then the turn signals do dont work. I replaced the Flasher/Turn Signal relay with no luck. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!!!

Check all of the light grounds at all four corners.

Checked grounds

All,
I checked the grounds at each bulb with no luck. So, I checked the BAT terminal on the flasher/turn signal relay and it reads 12V and when I press down on the brake pedal the voltage drops down to 5.31V. Could it possibly be the brake light switch?
Thanks again!!!

Is there any trailer wiring on this Jeep? There is a converter for trailer lights that could be causing problems.

i would search multi flasher problems

Was it the one with the double 4 pin? Cause mine is doing this with LED. I checked everything. Volt tested EVERYTHING! And I'm a wire guy. I have some weird 4 was u haul thing...

I have incandescent bulbs

Sir,
Yes, my converter was for the 4-pin plug, but I don't have LEDs. Also, I tested all the sockets from the back side and they all tested good, zero ohms resistance, which now that I'm thinking about it would probably be the case, as I would imagine the converter box was shorted out. I have continuity between the top two connectors at the hitch, if that helps. Please let me know if you need me to test anything on my bad converter, if it will help you isolate your fault.
Thanks...Lunger

I took mine out today. Did not fix my problem, but the job that was done was basic. I need the plug and play. Not the wire taps.
