Turn Signal Wiring?

Turn Signal Wiring?
Any of you guys know anything about the turn signal wiring? On the 97+ you can unplug the side turn signal and the turn signals work fine but if you unplug one of the bulbs from the front signals it disrupts the circuit and the signals wont work correctly. Im trying to only use one light so anyone know how to bypass the other signal?
