Default Trying to Decide On a Lift Kit

I am going to be converting my XJ to 4x4 pretty soon, and I figured while getting that done, why not lift it at the same time? I already know I want to go for 3" with full leaf packs and new coils.

I have narrowed it down to a few different lifts, namely these:

http://rubiconexpress.com/Products/D...px?part=RE6030

In addition to each lift, I am also considering getting a track bar, swar bar discos, and a tcase drop.

I am leaning towards the IRO lift, because it doesn't cost too much, but contains a lot of the components I need.

Which one would you suggest, and what else would I need?
