has this ever happen? death wobble never took care of and front axle just falls out i just wanted to no thanks

no. I would assume that everything will wear out twice as fast(bushings, ball joints, tie rod ends) but as far as the front axle falling out, no way. That would be crazy though, your driving down the road "doodley doo" and then your front diff. comes out and ends up jammed under the rear axle.
