I have a 1999 jeep cherokee classic. in the last few months, I have been having trouble starting my jeep. it usually takes 5+ seconds before it turns over. when I put the key in, everything electrical seems to be workign fine and I just replaced the battery a month ago. I have tried to do some research and have heard that it might have something to do with a sensor sending a signal to the ignition coil....or it might have something to do with my key itself. I do not know much about cars, etc and would really liek to be able to figure out what is wrong so that I can explain it to a shop.
