Default Transmission service kits

My next project is transmission service, I will replace the filter and the fluid. Not flush as that seems to invite more trouble.

I notice that a lot of the service kits include solenoids. My transmission shifts just fine, any reason to replace solenoids? Is this a good 'while your at it' kind of thing?

Jeep has 140,xxx miles and I have added the last 50,000 with no trans service.

I am working my way through replacing all fluids, trans is the last one. Just finished diffs and transfer case.
