Transmission module
I have a Jeep 2001 Cherokee the check engine light shows transmission control module on computer at service center. The Jeep is driving fine but light keeps going off and coming back on. Is this a serious problem

If it's extremely serious, the check engine light will blink.
So it's not a critical problem, but it is a problem that you should correct.
It could be as simple as a bad connection at the TCM. I'd check that connector and clean it up with some electric contact cleaner spray, make sure it's plugged in tightly and the wiring looks good and see if you still get the code.
