Transmission gov
Transmission will not down shift - works ok in manual shift - were is the gov solenoid located or any troubleshooting tips were to start hunting problem.
transmission is a Aisin AW 30-43LE

Engine: 4.0, bolt ons for days...
no governor solenoid, its an electric tranny. try adjusting the kickdown cable and replacing the TPS. if not, replace the TCU.
