Good evening/day... hopefully someone can steer me in the right direction concerning the need to stop. Basic issue that the pedal goes all the way to the floor with very little pressure. New shoes and drums, new rotors, calipers and pads, new brake lines, new master cylinder, check valve is good and no fluid in the booster. Bled everything twice. OBD states no codes. No engine light. There is more brake pressure when the engine is not running than when it is, and what little pressure there was disappears. There is the sound under the dash that sounds like air escaping. Other than a leaking booster diaphragm, I'm totally stumped. Any ideas/suggestions will be greatly appreciated...

1)did the brakes work before you replaced all that stuff?
2)you didn't mention replacing rear wheel cylinders. Did you?
Whether you did or not, did you bleed rear brake lines?

....kinda sounds like there's air in there somewhere, after replacing all that stuff bleeding the system is a major undertaking.

Did you bench bleed the master?

Did you adjust the rear brakes after you installed them?

Does sound like there is still air in the system.

When I redid everything on mine (non ABS), bench bleeding the master took forever. Using a bench bleed kit, I parked the Jeep on ramps on a hill to level the master cylinder. After no more air with slow strokes (like I’ve read you’re supposed to do), bled the lines and still soft pedal. So did another bench bleed using quick strokes and got more air. Kept at it quick and slow for like 3 hours and finally no more air. Bled the lines again and the thing stopped so fast it felt like it could tear the axles off.

Are the front calipers on upside down with the bleeders on the bottom?

Sounds like we need some answers and OP has some homework to do.

Thanks for the information. I didn't bench bleed the master and due to the damned flu. That would be the only thing I haven't tried yet, so I'm hopeful this will remedy the issue.
