Default Tranny grinds going into reverse

Grindage fights going in sometimes I was told it might be syncros but I dunno any ideas?

Try pushing in the clutch and putting the shifter into 5 before going to reverse. If it still sucks look into changing the gearbox fluid.

Reverse has no syncro. Just make sure you're completely stopped, push the clutch in all the way, and give the main shaft a second or two to stop before trying to slide it into reverse.

most of the time when im rolling back i shift into reverse and it doesnt grind but when im at a full stop or leaving a parking spot it does it

Could be the slave cylinder,the clutch is worn out, or both. It sounds like the clutch is not releasing completely.

i was thinking it was the clutch but wasnt to sure cuz it feels perfect but imma take it apart and see thanks for the input much appreciated

I think just about every AX-15 does this. Mine doesn't really do it all that much, but I've gotten in the habit of making sure I've completely stopped and putting it in 1st before reverse.
