If you mean the frame end its not a bushing its a tie rod end.If its bad you have to replace the whole bar.

I'm not quite sure which one im talking about myself, the shop said my trac bar was bad...and lifted up an end which has like a grease fitting on it showing the movement and said thats how its bad...so is that just a bad bushing or is the whole thing bad?

Unbolt the pass. side, and after removing the cotter pin and castle nut use a pickle fork or tie-rod removal tool and a BFH to remove the drivers side. Install a new trac bar. JMO

Go to an adjustable... The stock ends are replaceable but seeing how u are asking how to get it off I'm guess u do not have tools needed to replace it. Buy adjustable its so much easier.
