TPS and Scan tool interpretation

Hello guys, I am using a new toy its a Craftsman Scan tool Model 20890, same as brand INNOVA just with Craftsman name on it, well I was using the Live Data and saw the TPS data but it shows at % not volts and without stepping on the gas pedal it shows 14.5% which I think could be wrong it is not right, I am doing the test on a Jeep Cherokee Sport 2001 Auto 4X2 with an emission code present but the code is for evap system not the TPS (just in case)
Thanks in advance TURBO.

I was thinking the same thing but I wonder what with the Idle Air control? I used the same scan tool with my daewoo lanos 2001 and the reading of the TPS % is 0.

Today I tried to adjust the TPS but it only goes down to 14.1% I'll check the factory specs of the reading of the TPS, don't know why but I feel it should be closed to 0% and the idle air controls does it's job. Thanks in advance TURBO

I still can't find a straight answer if the specs of the TPS at closed position should be 0% like other vehicles or 14.5% is the specs for Cherokee Sport 2001.
