so I picked up a set of junk yard towhooks and threw them on right were the sway bar hooks to the frame! I used longer bolts for the record! but what I am wanting know is if it will I be safe to being pulled out from these hooks or even pull some ealse out with these? here a pic

i would make a mounting bracket that incorporates more of the frame...
if you get a good tug you are more than likely going to rip the welded nuts right thru the frame rail and then you are donezo....

the hooks yes! the mounting location...... not so much...
the unibody of the cherokee is thin because it all acts as one unit right? well since it is thin and not thick like a tradition frame you need to distribute the load across a greater area.
so i would get some 3/16" flat stock (can get some from home depot even) and bend it to the bottom of the unirail and incorporate some more bolt holes.
or even better would be to grab some angle and incorporate the existing bolt holes in the unibody
