Ok all, I am installing my motor and trying to button everything up. I can't for the lift of me get to the top torx head bolts. I didnt have to worry about this when I pulled it because I pulled the tranny/T case/engine all together. How in the heck do you get to them when installing the engine?! Do I have to drop it off the motor mounts to get more clearance? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

 

Lower the trans mount some and you should be able to get to them. I've only actually had to get to them once when I did a clutch though. Every other time I've done them I pulled the whole drivetrain and did it out of the Jeep.

 

Need a couple feet of extensions and maybe a swivel. Should not be to hard to get with trans dropped down for access.
