TJ Coils on XJ same lift?

I notice that a TJ is slightly heavier than a XJ, so why wouldn't coil spring give equal or more lift? Everybody says they give 1" less lift. Stock vehicle weights TJ=3,092-3832 lbs vs XJ=3,057-3,386 lbs...

But the XJ has more hanging over the front end than a TJ.

Engine: 4.0L w/ AFE stage 2, bored TB

TJ coils sit lower than the XJs.

Stock TJ coils will lower an XJ 1".
