Default Tires for my 95 XJ; cant get them at Costco Anymore

I have a 95 Cherokee Sport and I currently have B.F Goodrich Trail T/A tires. I have about 70 k miles on the tires and I will need to replace them. I want the same exact tires...they are great. Anyway, I went to costco today and the service manager says that the tires are discontinued and I will have problems getting 15 inch truck tires anywhere. Sounds like a load of crap. Tirerack.com has the exact tires.
I was also wondering if I can put 16" tires on this vehicle repacing the rims of course.

I assume you are speaking of the rugged trail T/A. This tire is not discontinued from what I see. It's still listed on the bfg website anyway. You can still get 15's. In the future we may see that some places may stop carrying a large selection because most everything now is 17 or bigger. Right now you should not see any issues buying 15's.

The Trail T/A was the cheap line from BFGoodrich. The All-Terrain T/A, Mud Terrain T/A and Rugged Trail series are all different--and more expensive.

Just because Costco doesn't carry them doesn't mean anything. Order them from wherever you can find them, since you were happy with yours.

They may be a cheap line, but they are great. I have 70,000 miles on them with substantial tread left. I located them at Town Fair Tire.

my BFG rep catalog shows them still available and in stock. if you like them then find a shop that carries them, its very possible costco stopped but the 15" tire comment is full of crap. many tire companies still provide great tires in a 15"

Don't count on Costco for good tire advice. Count on them for great deals on toilet paper and ramen noodles.

Plenty of 15" tires for sale; lots of selection. I'd check with a Firestone dealer or an independent shop that can order any brand of tire.

As I said, since you seemed happy with yours, buy some more. Your money, your Jeep, your call.

I bet they were really glad to get rid of that oddball size.

If your Jeep is not lifted, they may rub from time to time.
