Hmm so im kinda stumped and its most likely due to age but my power seat rail has some forward and backwards play in it and when i move each sliding rail theres play in it. Anyway to tighten it up or is it just a new seat rail all together? Its annoying braking and hitting the gas the seat slides a little forwards and backwards lol.

I'm sure somebody will come along with a better idea, but if it was me... I'd set the seat where you want it and clamp it down with some vice grips. Or drill a hole in the mechanism and bolt it in place.
That's just me though... hillbilly deluxe.

I know that the grand Cherokee uses a lot of the same parts in the power seat tracks , you can look at one and see if it has what you need . The grand Cherokee had what I needed to fix my power seats . It does need to be close to the same year .
