I am about to put on an air raid intake on my jeep. I was also thinking about putting on a throttle body spacer. Are they worth the money? Thanks.

Some will agree yes and others will say no it only provides a "cool sound" - On a fuel injected car I dont really think it provides much. But that's only my 2 cents. Good luck

A throttle body spacer only works if you have a TBI (Throttle Body Injection) fuel system.

The Throttle body on the 4.0L motor is merely a air control butterfly.
A spacer will do nothing.
On a TBI motor where the injector is on the top of the butterfly, the spacer will create the "throttle response" and supposed 'HP gains" the retailers are referring to when trying to sell there 4.0L spacers.

Do not waste the money on one, use it for something else.
