had some work done and i know i'm going to need to replace the transfer case at some point in the next 6months to a year.......

wondering if there are write-ups here, i searched to no avail..........gonna search jeepforum too........

points to consider w/ replies:

-i'm thinking of a possible 2-4" lift in the future
-i have the resources, tools, and extra hands to do it
-i can read schematics and am very mechanically inclined having done work on cars previously

from what i understand (and i've never tried lifting a vehicle's suspension, though have done a bunch of suspension work) the output shaft has to be changed to accommodate some lifts?
