Default temp sensor

does anybody know where you can put the temp sensor for a mechanical sunpro gauge sensor is to big to fit in the stock sensor hole

All the ones I've ever installed had 3 or 4 adapters with it and you just use the right one.

Put a "T" in one of the heater hoses which have constant circulation.

thanks guys i think im gonna go for a t on the heater hose. one more ? isnt there a sensor under the intake?

92 and newer, I think, have a fitting in the t-stat housing for the aux. fan sensor that would be perfect on a Renny to put a temp sending unit. They can be had at the parts store for under $20.00 and should bolt right on to your Renny!! Hope this helps!!

thanks guys i got spliced in on the constant heater hose and it works pretty good. not the nicest looking in the world but i at least got a gauge set up.

Good to hear. Pop up some pics of it installed.
Better late than never there is a sensor on the back of the head on the drivers side that is for the original gauge and that might be a good place too if your OEM gauge isn't working any longer.
I thought you were looking for just an mechanical underhood gauge site. Sry.

yeah as soon as i find the camera i will get picks up of if and the jeep. its in a box somewhere.
