EZ out
Go to Home Depot or any home inprovement store or auto parts store and get an ez out kit. Home Depot has one called 'grab it' kit it comes with some drill bits and some 'grabbers'. All you do is drill a hole in the center of the stud and the 'grabber' has a backwards helical cut groves and you set your drill on reverse and the stud comes out pretty eazy. Also drownd them in PB blaster or WD40. Good luck
here is a link to another form of the ez out http://www.brokentap.com/easy-outs.html |
doesnt get much easier then that. good luck man.
Put a lot of heat on it and pb blaster, you can buy just one ez out a little smaller than the stud. I bought a whole kit and the only one that would remove it was the biggest one.
Why cant you use the studs? Thats what the kits tell you to do.
The studs are not long enough for the one inch t case drop
They are if you put the nut only on the first half of the square stock. this is what my skyjacker kit said to do.

"Square Stock"? What are you reffering too? |

Most kits use square stock steel as a spacer

Just went and looked, you will need a 17/64 bit with a #5 ezout
