Default sye install yoke question

hey all i have my nice new crown sye sitting on the floor. and as i was looking at a few installs. it seems everyone just slids the yoke onto the rear splines. this kit doesnt seem like it wants to test slide on without force. is this correct or do i have a defective yoke, splines. not in a hurry but would like to know so i can call the rep. thanks guys.

x2 I would think it should slide right in without too much force, call the rep.

its probally the wrong spline count.......

But a sye isnt as simple as sliding a new yoke on the output shaft.
