I'm replacing my rear leaf springs and shocks the weekend. The sway bar appears to be in good shape, is there any advantage to replacing the sway bar or any components of it while I'm doing the leaf springs? Anything in particular I should be watching out for? Thanks!

Yep, the rear sway bar. Really? that's easier then, lol. Any benefit to keeping it on? I don't do any major off-roading. It's mostly a weekend runner and to get me on some dirt roads for fishing, hunting, and backpacking.

Not really any benefit - you can almost twist it by hand! XJ rear anti-sway bars are on the weak side of the scale. It would be valuable if you did a lot of towing, but really, the Up Country package didn't even come with one.
