Default Sway bar link torx suspension/frame bolt

I noticed that the new links are not tight around the stabilizer link frame bolt. The bolt is quite rusty but the end isn’t that bad and the new link’s bush is larger than the bolt - is that normal? Should the link sit tight on the torx bolt? Where can I get a replacement frame bolt? I saw a thread here on hammering/pressing it out.

Further research indicates that the bolt is a M12 and is Mopar part #6503032. M12 bolt is 0.472 inches. I believe the sway bar links bushing size is 1/2”. Engineered slop?
