Measured my 2001 XJ sway bar with an electronic caliper. 26mm. Is it just me or is this an "off" size. I wanted to get a full kit to replace all the bushings and can't find anything online at 26mm in a full kit. Moog makes individual 26mm bushings you can buy but not all the bolts and brackets like energy suspension does. Do I have a weird diameter for a sway bar in my XJ?
think 1 inch is pretty much the same as 26mm (=1.02), but all the aftermarket kits seem to only come in 23, 24, 25 or 28mm.

Well, you might be able to make the 25mm fit - I'd go with rubber instead of poly if this is the way you go.
Try Rugged Ridge 1-1108BL. It lists as 1" diameter, 25.4mm bar.
Another option is to clean up the old brackets and buy new bolts from the hardware store.

It seems with XJ's 26mm and 28mm bars are most common. My '96 is 26mm. If you want a complete kit although I don't know of any that include the bracket bolts I don't see why a 1" one wouldn't work. Otherwise you can buy 26mm components individually.
