swap 4.0 for 2.5
so i have an 85 xj with a carburated 2.5l with about 240,000 miles on it. i just pulled the 4.0 out of my totalled 90 xj to start rebuilding it to put it in the 85... how hard is this swap? i got the computers, and most of the wiring out of the 90. i searched but i couldn't find really anything on this. know of any write up on this swap?? thanks

ya i was told i would have to move the motor mounts...but they actually look like they are in the same spot as the 4.0 mounts. i wonder if i should just get rid of the 4.0 and rebuild the 2.5 when it comes time.
