Default suspension suggestions????

i recently bought a 2000 xj and im looking for a suspension setup to give me about 4.5 inches of lift and possibly a coil spring in the rear. are there any kits that you all would recommend over others? thanks for the help!

unless your doing some fab work and swapping the leafs out in the rear for coils just go with a standard 4.5" leaf spring. RE is good, rusty's is decent, rought country, etc.

the 5.5 inc would be great, but i heard the once you exceed 5 inches you start wearin out ur components alot faster. is that true?
