Ok I have a 1997 Cherokee with a factory sunroof. The previous owner sealed the glass down to prevent it leaking. The problem I have is on the rear two corners the sheet metal around has started to crack from the normal flexing of the roof. I have spread silicone caulk on both sides but that only fixes it till the caulk cracks as well. I would like to find a more permanent solution. Thank You

 

Other than replacing with a 1 piece roof I don't think there is a permanent solution, sunroofs leak.
