Default Stuck Alternator

I need to get my alternator checked (2001 cherokee), but I can't get it out. I took out the two bolts, but the thing wont move at all. I tried spraying it with copious amounts of WD40 and banging it with a hammer, but it still wont budge. I also tried to take off the L-bracket as well, but I can't get the bolts undone. Does anyone have any advise on how to get it out?

Disconnect then remove the battery & tray.
Loosen then remove serpentine belt.
Remove the 2 bolts and the alternator connection.
Pry the alternator away from the bracket & remove.
Installation is the reverse.

Sounds like you need some tools.

make sure you are removing the correct bolts.
the ones holding the alternator, not the bracket bolts.
look for a pic.
