Struggling to Start
 

My 1996 Jeep Cherokee 6 Cylinder 4.0L is struggling to start up. It takes a few tries to get it going and usually requires tapping the gas pedal some. Occasionally, it'll stall out at idle. I've checked the battery and replaced the fuel pump, idle air control, throttle position sensor, crankshaft position sensor, and spark plugs. However, it is still having the issue where it refuses to start. Replacing those parts came from reading various posts where people mentioned those causing the issue. Any other ideas of what could be causing the issue? Thanks!

Whats the fuel pressure and when was the fuel filter changed last?

I don't remember exactly since it was about 2 months ago when I checked the fuel pressure. It checked out though within the range listed. I also mistyped. I've replaced the fuel filter not the fuel pump.
