I have owned 1 of there engines and it worked great,it was not a stroker though. They are a well known company.

if i picked this engine up do you know what else would i need??

Assuming you have a 99,not much,just bolt your stuff to it along with needed gaskets,might want to look into bigger injectors though.
Of course new mounts,water pump,have your radiator gone through or a new 3 core radiator,that engine produce more heat than yours.
Go to to yahoo and look up 4.0 strokers,there is alot of info there.
