Default Stripped a/c bracket bolt. IDEARS?

so in the process of removing my cylinder head I stripped the upper front a/c bracket bolt head. I was using a cheater bar and lo and behold, the bolt is seized in tight enough to strip metal. So now I am wondering how the **** to remove this thing. Apparently hercules was the last person to attach my a/c bracket and I'm pretty sure he just screwed the thing so tight that it is all one piece. ANY ideas about how to get this bolt out? I've been applying liquid wrench now but... I'm rapidly losing hope. There is not enough clearance to use a socket and wrench, therefore I'm stuck with open end and we all know how that worked.

Try a box end wrench. If it won't grab, try a Metric box end of a smaller size. As I recall, the bolt wrench size is 9/16". M14 is close to 9/16", try it. If still too big try 13 MM. If you can get a 6 point box end.

Use a butane torch to heat the head of the bolt, and using birthday candles, touch the edge/gap of he Aluminum bracket and the engine block and watch the candle wax suck into the gap. This technique has helped me loosen many'a stuck bolt.
