Pipe wrench or an easy out, Vise grips. Weld a new nut to the top.

On YJ d-30's the factory would set the bolt depth, tighten the nut , then tack weld the nut to the knuckle.

If all else fails, you should be able to grind off the nut while leaving just enough of the bolt stump to be able to center punch it.

Once you punch it in the exact center, you drill it out starting with a really small drill, then bigger until you can get an easy-out in there.

Hose ti down with PB Fabulous Blaster & tap around the outside of the knuckle right where the stop is located with a small ball peen hammer.

Don't hammer on anything else!

Then try the easy-out.
