Default Stock LSD

I have a 99 sport with a stock LSD - with the jeep jacked up in the rear (and in neautral) both tires spin in the same direction as they should with a LSD. My question is with one wheel blocked how hard should it be turn the other wheel? How can you tell if the LSD is worn?
Thank you

I believe factory spec in the '98 FSM is 30-200 lbs of torque being applied is acceptable.

You need to attach a foot pound torque wrench to the wheel off the ground. If rotating torque is less than 30ft. lbs. or more than 200 ft. lbs. on either wheel the unit should be rebuilt. Per chrysler manual. I think anything below 100 ft lbs. would justify a rebuild .

Thanks.
If its worn, would it most likely be just the clutch disks that need replacing?
Is it worth fixing or buying a new locker unit?
Its my DD.
Thanks again.
