stock length tube front control arms where to buy them?
I dont want adjustable I just want pretty much stock control arms up front with poly bushings. I flew off a jump and bent all 4 front control arms when I landed....I want something stronger...No lift. Cheap as possible. Its my newest XJ...a 96

If you can find a machine shop get them to make you some control arms what do you have against adjustable? I've got Rough Country control arms & they're atleast twice as strong as factory but they're adjustable I've never seen after market arms that weren't adjustable mostly done with lifts.

i guess because i dont want the angles of the diff to be off...and its not lifted. I beat the **** out of my 96 and the front control arms are totally pretzeled. Its not like i can even use the stock ones as a templete for adjusting them to stock length because theyre bent to *****.

Why would adjustable arms cause the angles to be off, they would be adjustable.
WJ arms will give more tire clearance if thats what your after.

Check arc-fabrication on e-bay, got my lowers for 120.00 plus 14.00 shipping. Don't know what all 4 will run, but it's worth checking!

x2 on ironman4x4fab. contact Andy via email or phone and he will make the control arms to the length you need. I had a set of fixed lowers made up which he doesnt list on his site, but i guess he will do it if you ask.

make them yourself if you can. you can buy the bushings and get some 2 inch .250 wall dom tubing if you never want to buy arms again and make the upper ones a little smaller than the lower arms. I bet you would be into the arms by $80 and have something just as strong or stronger than you can buy.

rancho makes lower control arms, im pretty positive they are the same length, but they are rectangular tubing and come with poly bushings. had them on my first xj with their 3" lift kit. seemed quite beefy, pretty affordable too
