Stock but adventurous
Hey guys! New to the jeep world and so far loving my 95 XJ Sport. I want to keep her stock but at the same time do a couple of things that can make her go anywhere and everywhere. Any feedback and ideas are greatly appreciated!

Dorman leaf springs and a 1" spacer on the front coils will bring it back to stock height + 1". (about $230). Then add a good set of 30/9.50/r15 tires like BFG AT/KO2, Hankook Dynapro ATM, General Grabber, or Goodyear Duratracs (only available in 235/75r15). (about $400-800 depending on which you choose).
Besides making sure the vehicle is cooling properly and running well, these two "refresh" type changes will really go a long way towards making a good off-road ready vehicle without significantly effecting the "stock" street friendless or gas mileage.

The size I suggested is the tallest tire the stock setup will have no problems with, and still look nice. Some folks get away with more, but usually there is a trade-off with rubbing, and stuffing larger tires (larger than 30" tall and about 9.5" wide) into a stock configuration doesn't look very nice either (they look "stuffed" into the wells).

Here is an example of what I'm talking about:
Tires: 30/9.50r15 Hankook Dynapro ATM
Leafs: Dorman HD
Front: 1" Spacer with factory rubber isolator left in place
