I am still trying to figure out whats going on. Once the extreme cold and snow left I tried starting the jeep and it started. I drove it around the neighborhood and it drove fine with the exception of some initial sputtering but I think that is caused since it needs both O2 sensors replaced? I started it the following day and it started. Now today I try to start it and it did, drove it around the corner, stopped at a stop sign and it shut off...no sputter, no noise, just died.

Time the distance you drive, how long it's running and how warm the motor is (where your temp gauge is at) sounds to be possibly the cps or crank postion sensor whitch tells ur where it is in time to fire your spark and fuel, I had same issue on my 95 cherokee drove about 4 miles and just died no sputter nothing like I turned the key off. Give that a shot let me know how far you get both millage and temp trying 2 times and see if it matches your previous run
